CBRE Welcomes Lauren Kelch as Property Management Market Leader in Houston

CBRE announced today the appointment of Lauren Kelch as Property Management (PM) Market Leader for Houston. In her role, she will be responsible for all aspects of Houston’s PM business, which is comprised of 34M SF of office, retail, industrial and medical office assets, in addition to leading the existing team of nearly 200 PM professionals.

Kelch will replace Lori Bryant who has served in the role for the past seven years. Bryant, who has been involved with real estate management for the past 40 years, will retire at the end of the year.

Kelch joins CBRE from Hines, where she most recently served as the Director of Client Experience and spearheaded the company’s partnership with Forbes Travel guide, highlighting Hines’ integration of luxury hospitality standards across its portfolio. Prior to Hines, she spent two and half years with Patrinely Group where she led PM for a 15-million-square-foot U.S. portfolio of assets. Throughout her more than 13 years of experience in account management, PM and business development, Kelch has demonstrated she is a results-driven leader with expertise in executing large-scale, high-stakes projects and transforming client experiences.
