CBRE Welcomes Multifamily Investment Sales Specialist Benjamin Galles in Reno, Nevada

CBRE has announced that multifamily specialist Benjamin Galles has joined its Reno office as a Senior Vice President with CBRE Capital Markets. Accompanying Mr. Galles is Katie Galles, who has joined the company as a Senior Associate and team manager. Together, they will focus on multifamily investment property sales.
Mr. Galles has more than 20 years of industry experience in the market and joined the company from LOGIC Commercial Real Estate. Throughout his career, he’s regularly been among the top brokers for multifamily sales volume and deal size in Northern Nevada. Mr. Galles has also received multiple area power broker and platinum broker awards. Before his time at LOGIC, he was a Director at Cushman & Wakefield.
Mr. Galles earned a bachelor’s degree in business management with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Nevada, Reno. He is a current volunteer and past board member of Sierra Nevada Horses and Heroes – a program helping veterans overcome PTSD – and a volunteer youth basketball coach.

Katie Galles also joined the company from LOGIC, where she was an Associate. She brings over 20 years of industry experience in brokerage and operations, and will specialize in multifamily sales, market research, and property marketing. Before her time at LOGIC, she was an Operations Manager at Cushman & Wakefield. Ms. Galles is also active with Sierra Nevada Horses and Heroes.
