CBRE Welcomes Nicole Mihalka as Senior Vice President in Downtown Los Angeles Office

CBRE announces that Nicole Mihalka will be joining the firm’s Downtown Los Angeles office as a Senior Vice President specializing in leasing advisory and transaction services in the creative office, entertainment, and studio space. Mihalka brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in the Los Angeles market.

Mihalka joins CBRE from JLL where she served for 12 years and most recently held the title of Managing Director. Mihalka has consistently led market share in the Hollywood area, where she leased and sold over 5 million square feet in the last 10 years. Her major clients include the leading names in the entertainment and music industries. Her extensive industry knowledge and client-centric approach have made her a highly respected leader in the commercial real estate industry in Los Angeles.

In addition to her professional achievements, Mihalka is known for her commitment to mentoring and helping other women grow in the commercial real estate industry. She is a dedicated community leader, having chaired the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and Hollywood Community Foundation during the COVID-19 recovery. Currently, she serves as the Chair of the Hermon Neighborhood Council and is on the boards of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and Aviva Family and Children’s Services.
