CBRE Welcomes Office Specialists Rick Ashton and Jeff Dreher in Louisville

CBRE announced today that Rick Ashton, CCIM, and Jeff Dreher, SIOR, have joined the firm’s Louisville office as Senior Vice Presidents. Mr. Ashton and Mr. Dreher will specialize in assisting institutional and private clients with office leasing and sales throughout Kentucky.

“Rick and Jeff are well-known experts in the office sector,” said CBRE’s David Hardy, Managing Director in Louisville. “Their arrival and expertise in office leasing and sales greatly complements our existing office business in Kentucky and enhances CBRE’s ability to address our clients’ changing needs across an evolving commercial real estate landscape.”

Prior to CBRE, Mr. Ashton and Mr. Dreher were Senior Vice Presidents at JLL in Louisville, where they focused on providing strategic commercial real estate plans for office buyers, sellers, occupiers and landlords in Kentucky. With more than 50 years of combined commercial real estate experience, they have assisted with more than 1,200 transactions, with sales volume totaling over $1 billion in aggregate value.

Mr. Ashton holds a bachelor's degree from DePauw University. In addition, he served as a former board member and president of the Kentucky CCIM chapter and as Chair of the March of Dimes Commercial REACH Award. Mr. Dreher holds a bachelor's degree from Southern Methodist University and a master’s degree from Bellarmine University. He also has worked with Metro United Way, the Boy Scouts of America and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and serves as the current vice president of the Kentucky SIOR chapter.

Additionally, both Mr. Ashton and Mr. Dreher were inducted into the Midwest Real Estate News Hall of Fame in 2018 and 2017, respectively.
