CBRE Welcomes Top-Producing CRE Expert Adam Palmer

CBRE announced that Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR has joined the firm in Naples as an Executive Vice President. Palmer will focus on providing sales and leasing services to investors and occupier clients across all property sectors in Southwest Florida.

Palmer has over 20 years of industry experience and joined CBRE from LQ Commercial Real Estate Services where he served as Principal and Managing Director. In his role he co-led the firm’s expansion across Florida. Throughout his career, Palmer has completed nearly 1,000 transactions, encompassing both sales and leasing across almost all industry sectors. His notable transactions include a record-breaking $92.5 million industrial sale in Fort Myers and one of the largest build-to-suit industrial leases in Tampa’s history.
