CBRE Welcomes Two Leading Industrial Professionals in Sacramento

CBRE announced that Sean Merold, SIOR, and Mike Zimmerman, SIOR, have joined the Sacramento office as Senior Vice Presidents with Industrial & Logistics.

The team joins from JLL and specializes in industrial sales and leasing throughout Sacramento and Northern California. Their experience spans industrial end-user and tenant representation, landlord/seller representation, occupancy cost reduction strategy, lease and sale negotiation, build-to-suit construction, design-build projects, and surplus property disposition.

Mr. Merold has been involved in over $750 million of sale and lease transactions since 2015. Prior to CBRE, he was a Managing Director with JLL and co-led the firm’s Sacramento industrial division. He is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Association of Commercial Real Estate- Sacramento (ACRE) and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate.

Mr. Zimmerman has 20 years of industry experience and has been involved in over 600 sale and lease transactions totaling over 18 million sq. ft. and 3,000 acres. He was previously a Managing Director at JLL.
