CBRE Welcomes Tyler Kuhlman in South Florida

CBRE announced that Tyler Kuhlman has joined the firm as a First Vice President with CBRE Capital Markets, specializing in the acquisition, disposition, and exchange of commercial properties throughout South Florida.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Kuhlman began his commercial real estate career at Marcus & Millichap. During his time there, he received several title promotions and awards. Over the past few years, he has consistently been recognized as a top performing sales agent with nearly $1 billion in team sales.

He has also been consistently recognized by NAIOP South Florida, including Sale of the Year (2023), Private Office Sale of the Year (2021, 2022), Rookie of the Year award (2018), and Capital Markets Team of the Year (2017).

Mr. Kuhlman holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Florida State University.
