CBRE Welcomes Vice President Pam Strieffler and Senior Associate Ian Webster to Virginia Retail Team

CBRE announced Vice President Pamela Strieffler and Senior Associate Ian Webster have joined as retail leasing professionals based in the company’s Richmond, Virginia office. Ms. Strieffler and Mr. Webster are the newest additions to CBRE’s expanding retail platform in Virginia, joining Senior Vice President Susan Jones and Senior Vice President Wood Belcher in Richmond, as well as several CBRE retail professionals in the company’s Norfolk and Tysons offices.

A Richmond native, Ms. Strieffler joins CBRE from CoStar as a Senior Sales Executive, where she oversaw LoopNet business development across Virginia. Prior to CoStar, she was a Vice President in sales and leasing at Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer. With over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Ms. Strieffler has spent the entirety of her career in the industry and has earned a reputation of excellent client service and success in sales.

Originally from Fredericksburg, Mr. Webster moved to Richmond in 2014. Prior to CBRE, he was a Director of Real Estate Development at Guggenheim Partners, where he oversaw acquisitions for programmatic retail development throughout the Eastern U.S. and Mid-Atlantic. Previously, Mr. Webster was an Acquisition Manager at Creighton Development, and was in brokerage at Colliers and Coldwell Banker.

Ms. Strieffler is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and former Board Member of Commercial Real Estate Women’s (CREW) Network. Mr. Webster is also an active member of ICSC and is working toward becoming a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
