CBRE’s Nancy McClure represented Athletico Management LLC in a 60-month renewal of 2,500 square feet at Rincon Plaza on the southeast corner of Houghton Road and Valencia Roadh. Lynn Taylor of Whirlygig Properties represented the landlord.

Ryan Hall of CBRE represented RAMI&PARU LLC in its lease of 900 square feet at Gold Canyon Plaza on the northeast corner of Ina Road and Thornydale Road. The tenant operates under Precise Eyebrow Threading, and this will be the new location for the eyebrow threading operator. Carol Harder of Red Mountain Retail Group represented the Landlord.
