CBRE’s New Orleans Professionals Honored with Multiple Awards at Annual CID Awards

CBRE announced that Bryce French and Jack Sikora, brokers in the firm's New Orleans office, received multiple honors at the Commercial Investment Division (CID) Awards ceremony held March 27, celebrating excellence across the metro New Orleans commercial real estate industry.

The CID Awards recognize commercial real estate professionals and transactions for career achievement, transaction volume, and standout sales and leasing activity across multiple asset classes. This year's program reflected more than 1,000 transactions representing more than $1.6 billion in real estate activity throughout the region.

The team received the 2025 Deal of the Year for the TEMCO Logistics lease at 13800 Old Gentilly Road, which was recognized for its complexity and its significance to regional investment, development activity and economic infrastructure.

The team was also recognized in the following categories:

• Industrial Lease of the Year – 13800 Old Gentilly Road in New Orleans
• Land Sale of the Year – 201 Spring Farm Road in Lafayette, Louisiana
• Special Purpose Sale of the Year – 345 Saint Joseph St. in New Orleans
• Multifamily Sale of the Year – 1420 Annunciation St. in New Orleans
• French earned a Diamond Achievement Award for achieving more than $15 million in production volume
• Sikora received a Platinum Achievement Award for a production total between $10 million and $14.9 million
