CBRE's First Vice President, Serena Wedlich, recently earned the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors ® (SIOR) designation.

Ms. Weldich specializes in leasing and selling industrial properties as a part of the company's Industrial & Logistics practice in Phoenix. Her primarily focuses on the Southeast Valley, Scottsdale and Sky Harbor International Airport's submarkets. She has been at CBRE for 15 years, including seven years in property management as a real estate manager, overseeing 1.2 million sq. ft. of industrial, office and retail properties.

Ms. Weldich holds a bachelor's degree from Trinity International University. She is an active member of the industry and a member of Arizona Commercial Real Estate Women (AZ CREW), Urban Land Institute, Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals and NAIOP.

Commercial real estate professionals can earn the SIOR designation in Arizona by having a minimum of five years of active engagement in commercial real estate, including three years meeting gross fee production of $500,000 or greater. At least two SIOR current members must endorse them, and they must complete an education component.
