CBRE today announced the expansion of its asset management capabilities within its U.S. Property Management business, to meet the growing client demand for these services across various property types. This expansion reinforces CBRE’s commitment to delivering comprehensive, value‑driven services that help clients navigate an increasingly complex real estate environment. To lead these efforts, CBRE welcomes a team of highly experienced industry professionals:

  • Chris Doman will lead U.S. asset management services within the Property Management business. Doman brings a wealth of experience, having founded and run two companies that provide asset management and (re)development services for institutions and family offices. Prior to that, he spent eight years at Tishman Speyer.
  • Lisa Picard joins the team as Senior Advisor and comes with over 30 years of experience developing, leading and managing complex real estate investments. Picard was previously the CEO of EQ/Blackstone and brings a strategic vision and deep understanding of the industry.

CBRE Property Management’s expanded asset management capabilities will optimize asset value across the investment lifecycle through comprehensive asset management, strategic oversight, and best-in-class execution. This includes business plan development, financial management and reporting, leasing strategy and execution, capital expenditure planning, capital markets integration (financing, recapitalization, and disposition strategy), and tech-enabled analytics and insights.

“As investors navigate a dynamic market demanding maximum returns, we're seeing increased client demand for sophisticated asset management services across office, industrial, and alternative assets,” commented Nick Bark, Global Head of Client Solutions for Property Management. “Whether managing stabilized core assets, value-add opportunities, or navigating distressed situations, the pressure to optimize performance is immense and our solutions -- at both single asset and portfolio level – become more critical than ever.”

Chris Doman said, "I’m excited to be joining CBRE to help build and expand its asset management capabilities. My experience delivering operational asset management strategies and advisory services for family offices and institutional investors will add an important new dimension to CBRE’s services for property management clients. Combining this expertise with CBRE’s global platform, talent, and resources enables us to create something meaningful and unique for our clients. I’m looking forward to collaborating with my new colleagues across the firm as we grow this business together.”
