CBRE Thailand Managing Director Roongrat Veeraparkkaroon Wins BCCT Lifetime Achievement Award

Ms. Roongrat Veeraparkkaroon, Managing Director of CBRE Thailand, has been honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the BCCT Thailand International Business Awards (TIBA) 2026, organized by the British Chamber of Commerce Thailand.

This award honors exceptional leaders with a proven record of long-term contribution, whose key milestones and ongoing passion continue to shape the industry and inspire the next generation.

Exemplifying these qualities, Ms. Roongrat brings over three decades of dedicated leadership to Thailand’s real estate market. Joining CBRE Thailand in 1992, she rose through the ranks from negotiator to head of office services and head of commercial transaction services, before becoming Managing Director in 2022. Along the way, she set major industry milestones, including achieving more than 80,000 sq. m. in office leasing transactions in a single year (2018).

Commenting on the award, Ms. Roongrat said:
"This achievement is not just about me. It is about every mentor who guided me, every colleague who carried the load alongside me and every client who placed their trust in me. What has driven me through more than three decades in this industry is simple: I have loved every part of it."
