Chad Hall Appointed as CBRE's New Property Management Market Leader for Nashville

CBRE is pleased to announce the appointment of Chad Hall as the new Property Management Market Leader for Nashville.

In this position, Mr. Hall will manage the strategic direction, business development, and daily operations for CBRE’s Nashville team and its 15-million-square-foot portfolio of office, industrial, and retail properties. He will report directly to Elizabeth Goodwin, Senior Managing Director and Nashville Market Leader.

Mr. Hall, a Nashville native, brings his extensive experience of 24 years in large-scale team leadership, project management, account management, facilities management, and business development. Mr. Hall has served the company for 17 years in various capacities, most recently as a Managing Director in CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business, leading business development for its EV Solutions team.
