CBRE announced today that Chris Bergmann Jr. has joined its land team in Houston as Executive Vice President.
Chris brings more than seven years of experience, with expertise in urban and suburban land sale, urban redevelopment and corporate relocation. Prior to joining CBRE, Chris was Executive Vice President at JLL, specializing in land acquisitions and dispositions for owners, developers and end-users. Over the past seven years, he has closed transactions with a total consideration in excess of $750 million.
