Emily White Joins CBRE as Property Management Market Leader for Atlanta

CBRE announced that Emily White has been appointed Property Management Market Leader for Atlanta. In this role, White will manage the strategic direction, business development and daily operations of CBRE’s Atlanta Property Management business and its 49.5 million-square-foot portfolio of office, industrial and retail assets.

Emily brings more than 20 years of property management experience to CBRE. She joins from JLL, where she most recently served as Executive Vice President, Industrial Property Management Lead. While there, she led a team of 20-plus professionals managing over 60 million sq. ft. of industrial assets across the southeast. Prior to that, she oversaw large office portfolios with high-profile assets as a general manager and property manager for national and regional investment firms.

White is an active member of NAIOP Georgia and BOMA Georgia. With BOMA, she serves as an educational advisor for its Real Property Administrator designation program and leads its Industrial Real Estate Special Interest Group. She is also past chair of the association’s Government Affairs Committee and past co-chair of The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Committee.
