George Santos and Ryan Miller Join CBRE’s Baltimore Office

CBRE announced that George Santos and Ryan Miller have joined the company’s advisory and transaction services group as senior vice presidents in Baltimore, Maryland. Mr. Santos and Mr. Miller will specialize in occupier leasing, representing local and national companies in corporate real estate transactions.

Mr. Santos and Mr. Miller join CBRE from Savills, where they helped open the company’s Baltimore office. Over the last eight years, they have advised clients in Baltimore City and the surrounding counties in transactions totaling millions of square feet across a range of industries, such as government contracting, healthcare, technology and professional services.

Mr. Santos brings over 35 years of experience to CBRE, has been a part of numerous high-profile transactions, was honored as the Baltimore Business Journal’s “#1 Real Estate Broker” in 2008 and received the publication’s “Heavy Hitter Award” for numerous years. Prior to joining Savills in 2015, he was a Managing Director and Principal for the Baltimore region of Colliers International, and previously was a Senior Vice President with Manekin, LLC. Mr. Santos is a current board member of Baltimore Life Coaches, former member of the advisory board of Gilchrist Hospice, and is a fundraiser/active member of SOZO.

Mr. Miller joined Savills in 2015 and quickly achieved success, earning a reputation as a competitive and effective professional in Baltimore’s commercial real estate industry. In 2017, he was named to the Baltimore Business Journal’s 40 under 40 list. Mr. Miller is an active member of his personal and professional communities. Currently, he serves on the Cristo Rey Jesuit High School Leadership Advisory Council, the board of Our EPIC Project, and a member of the Carson Scholars Fund’s Board of Directors. He is also on the University of Maryland - College Park, Robert H Smith School of Business Young Alumni Council and Board of Directors.
