Hospitality Veteran Susie Park Joins CBRE’s Global Hotel Asset Management Team

CBRE announced today the appointment of Susie Park as an Executive Vice President for CBRE Hotels, where she will lead asset management engagements in the Americas, focusing on branded and independent luxury/lifestyle assets.

Park brings a wealth of operational finance expertise in luxury/lifestyle hospitality to CBRE’s Global Hotel Asset Management team, with a background in hotel and restaurant openings, as well as ownership transitions. Based in New York City, her skills include financial modeling, cash flow management, labor productivity, compliance controls, and budget development for various operational phases.

Prior to joining CBRE, Park served as Co-Lead of JLL’s Hotel Asset Management division in the Americas, overseeing a $2 billion portfolio of luxury and lifestyle hotels across the U.S.
