Industrial Broker James Cohn Returns to CBRE in Phoenix

CBRE announced today that James Cohn has returned to the firm's Phoenix office as Senior Vice President, specializing in industrial properties across the metro Phoenix area.

Cohn returns to CBRE after spending the last three years with Stream Realty Partners. He brings 12 years of industry experience, representing both industrial landlord and tenant interests, as well as acquisition, disposition, and ground-up development throughout the Metro Phoenix area. Throughout his career, he has been involved in hundreds of transactions across the Valley.

A Phoenix native, Cohn graduated with a bachelor's degree from the University of San Diego, where he was a four-year letterman on the Toreros men's soccer team. Cohn has garnered accolades for his professional successes, including earning NAIOP Arizona's Developing Leader of the Year, Emerging Broker of the Year and Rookie Broker of the Year awards.
