Industry Veteran Anne McGinn Joins CBRE as a Vice President in Nashville

CBRE announced today that Anne McGinn has recently joined our Multifamily Investment Sales team as a Vice President in the Nashville office. Ms. McGinn will specialize in the exclusive listing and sale of institutional and private multifamily properties and land in the Central and East Tennessee Region alongside Brett Carr who has been with CBRE for over a decade.

With more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience, Ms. McGinn is knowledgeable in all aspects of the transaction process. Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. McGinn served as a Director with Walker & Dunlop’s Multifamily Investment Sales team in Nashville. She has been involved in more than $3 billion of multifamily sales and capitalizations throughout her career.

Ms. McGinn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Sewanee: The University of the South.
