Jason Shaltiel Joins CBRE’s Tucson Office

CBRE announced that Jason Shaltiel has joined its Tucson office as a senior associate, specializing in leasing and sales and representing owners and occupiers of office and medical office properties in the Tucson market.

Shaltiel joins CBRE from Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, where he advised and represented owners, occupiers, and investors in office leasing and sales. He launched his real estate career with a high-producing boutique residential brokerage before transitioning to commercial real estate, where he quickly became a well-respected office broker.

Before this role, he obtained more than a decade’s worth of sales and marketing experience. He had served as manager over several recruitment desks across the world for MASA Israel Journey, an international nonprofit. He was recognized as the top recruiter within his first year at the organization.

Shaltiel holds a bachelor’s degree from Baruch College in New York and is very active in the community, volunteering his time with Felicia’s Farm, REAP (Real Estate Allied Professionals), Tucson Community Kollel and is a member of the Jewish Philanthropies of Southern Arizona governance committee.
