John Prevas Joins CBRE as a Vice President in West Los Angeles

CBRE announced the hire of John Prevas as a Vice President in the firm’s West Los Angeles office. Mr. Prevas is joining the Advisory practice and will be working alongside First Vice President, Marty Barkan, to provide comprehensive real estate solutions tailored to the unique needs of occupiers and property owners.

Mr. Prevas brings over a decade of experience in commercial real estate including tenant representation, investment sales, and debt and structured finance. Most recently, he served as Vice President with Stone-Miller Commercial Real Estate, where he oversaw commercial transactions for companies across office, retail, and industrial sectors throughout Southern California and nationally for multi-market corporations. Mr. Prevas has a background in real estate finance, which enables him to provide data-driven insights and perspectives to his clients to support them making informed decisions aligned with strategic business goals.

Mr. Prevas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of Oregon.
