Justin McMahon Rejoins CBRE in Orange County

CBRE announced that Justin McMahon has rejoined the firm's Orange County office, where he will specialize in representing owners and tenants of retail properties.

"I am excited to have Justin back on our team," said Kurt Strasmann, CBRE's executive managing director. "He has a successful track record highlighted by his expansive knowledge of the Southern California retail market. Justin will be a terrific addition to the team."

McMahon, who will arrive at CBRE as senior vice president, brings 20 years of industry experience. Most recently, he spent the last five years at JLL, focusing on marketing and leasing high-quality shopping centers and representing several retail and restaurant tenants expanding in the market.

"I'm excited to build a team which will bring fresh insights and renewed energy to CBRE. The power of the CBRE platform can only help transform the outcomes for my clients. I'm thrilled to be back with familiar faces and friends to contribute to our shared vision once again," said McMahon.

McMahon's previous roles included vice president in CBRE's Orange County office and associate at Grubb & Ellis. He holds a bachelor's degree from California State University, Fullerton. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives (ACRE).
