This webinar will provide a comprehensive analysis of the 2025 commercial real estate markets in both the United States and Korea, focusing on sectors including office, retail, logistics, and investment. Industry experts will discuss the evolving landscape of the data center real estate market, driven by advancements in artificial intelligence.

The event will be structured into two sessions. The first session will begin with an outlook on the U.S. real estate market, which is entering a new cycle, followed by insights from Claire Choi, Senior Director, Head of Research at CBRE Korea, who will present forecasts for the domestic commercial real estate market across key sectors including office, retail, logistics centers, and investment.
