Lane Everitt Joins CBRE in Fort Collins

CBRE announced that Lane Everitt has joined its Fort Collins office to focus exclusively on commercial real estate. Mr. Everitt will work alongside CBRE’s Stuart Thomas and specialize in the repositioning, sale and leasing of healthcare-related properties, including senior care and behavioral health centers.

Mr. Everitt brings nearly 20 years of experience in real estate, joining CBRE from The Group Real Estate, Inc., where he ran a successful residential real estate team with his wife Pamela, who will continue that work. He is part of a family legacy in real estate that began in the 1950s and grew into Everitt Enterprises, which helped shape modern Fort Collins through the development of residential subdivisions, commercial properties and expansions to Colorado State University.

“I’ve always been intrigued by the commercial side of the real estate industry and see tremendous potential around the repositioning of commercial properties to their highest and best use to meet a community need,” said Mr. Everitt, senior associate, CBRE.

Mr. Everitt is a graduate of Colorado State University and remains involved in CSU’s Everitt Real Estate Center, named in honor of his late grandfather.
