Multifamily Land Specialist Bryon Stevenson Joins CBRE in Denver

CBRE announced that Bryon Stevenson joined its Denver office as a Senior Vice President. Mr. Stevenson specializes in urban and suburban land sales for multifamily and mixed-use development. He joins the Denver-based multifamily investment properties team led by Chris Cowan, Terrance Hunt and Shane Ozment.
Mr. Stevenson has completed more than 50 land transactions over his career to date with a cumulative value of over $100 million. His sales have resulted in the development of over 5,000 multifamily units across metro Denver. Prior to entering brokerage, Mr. Stevenson worked for a multifamily development company performing financial underwriting and assisting in the development of new multifamily projects totaling over $250 million across the Midwest.
In 2022, Connect CRE recognized Mr. Stevenson as a Next Generation Award winner. He has also been a top-three finalist for Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors’ Top Young Broker of the Year and Top Land Broker of the Year, in 2020 and 2021 respectively.
Mr. Stevenson is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, NAIOP’s Colorado Chapter and DMCAR. He is a graduate of Indiana University.
