CBRE has arranged a new lease at Airport Logistics Park, a Class A three-building industrial park at 2675 SW 60th Avenue in Ocala, Fla., bringing Phase I to full occupancy prior to delivery. Circularix, LLC has leased the remaining 67,250 square feet of space in Building C and is expected to occupy the space in Q1 2024.
Rian Smith, Kris Courier, and Josh Tarkow with CBRE Industrial & Logistics represented the owner, Leon Ocala Holdings IV, in lease negotiations.
Developed by Boyd+Mox, Airport Logistics Park is a 725,400-square-foot industrial project located just west of Interstate 75 and adjacent to Ocala International Airport. The project is being developed in two phases. Phase I included three buildings totaling 325,000 square feet, now at 100% occupancy. Ownership can deliver an additional 400,000 square feet of space in Phase II.
“Ocala had never seen multi-tenant rear load product like this, which made it challenging to get the industrial park off the ground, but I knew there was demand and the timing was right.
