Office Occupier Specialists Ryan McCurdy and Kyle Chaikin join CBRE in Tampa

CBRE announced that Ryan McCurdy and Kyle Chaikin have joined Tampa’s market-leading office team as Senior Vice President and First Vice President, respectively. At CBRE, they’ll focus on leasing and sales on behalf of office occupiers throughout the region.

McCurdy and Chaikin joined CBRE from Franklin Street, where they served as Senior Directors.

A Tampa native, McCurdy has more than nine years of industry experience providing local and national occupiers with leasing, sales and site-selection services. He’s completed over $140 million in lease transactions totaling more than 2.5 million square feet. Before his time in the industry, he played professional baseball with the Houston Astros for five years. He is a graduate of Duke University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and played collegiate baseball.

Chaikin also brings over nine years of experience to CBRE. At his prior firm, he provided occupiers with sales, leasing and restructuring services for assets throughout Tampa Bay and western Florida. He’s completed over $100 million in lease transactions totaling more than 2 million square feet. He began his time in the industry as an Analyst with global real estate and analytics firms. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Maryland.
