Singapore, 29 June 2026 – CBRE, as the exclusive marketing agent, is offering for sale a rare strata-titled cinema space located at 6001 Beach Road #03-00, Singapore 199589. The sale will be conducted via an Expression of Interest exercise which closes on Tuesday, 4 August 2026, at 3pm.

Located within Golden Mile Tower, the asset has a strata area of approximately 104,991 sq ft spread across multiple levels. It comprises four auditoriums with a total seating capacity of up to 2,000, as well as office space located on Levels 3 and 4. The asset is offered at a guide price of S$31 million, translating to approximately S$295 per square foot on the strata area.
