Retail Veterans Chris Munley and Colin Behr Join CBRE Capital Markets

CBRE announced today that industry veterans Chris Munley and Colin Behr have joined CBRE Capital Markets to focus on sales of open-air, multi-tenant retail assets throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions.

Mr. Munley, joining as an Executive Vice President, brings more than 14 years of industry experience with a focus on multi-tenant shopping center sales transactions throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast United States. Throughout his career, he has closed more than $6.4 billion in retail transactions.

Mr. Behr, joining as a Senior Vice President, has more than 11 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and also specializes in multi-tenant shopping center sales transactions. He has completed more than $4.5 billion in retail transactions.

Mr. Munley and Mr. Behr will join CBRE’s National Retail Partners and work closely with existing partners Ryan Sciullo and Casey Smith in Washington, DC, Jeff Dunne and David Gavin in Metro New York and Nat Heald in Boston to optimize coverage of the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions.

Mr. Munley and Mr. Behr are both joining CBRE from JLL, where they were senior managing directors of the firm’s Capital Markets team.
