Stegner and Eberz earn NYSCAR Awards

CBRE Upstate NY’s Lida Eberz and Shana Stegner, SIOR received awards for Largest Broker-Assisted Lease at The WNY Chapter of NYSCAR's 24th Annual Awards Dinner, held Thursday, February 12, 2026.

Each earned recognition for their service provided on the approximately 160,000 sq. ft. lease of office space at Orion Properties’ Genesee Towers. The transaction will see Ingram Micro's office move to downtown Buffalo, bringing more than 1,000 workers into the city.

This is the second consecutive year that Eberz was honored for producing in the same category, recognized for a 200,000 sq. ft. industrial lease in Hamburg, New York in 2024. Stegner previously won an award in 2024 for the Largest Broker-Assisted Sale for her work on the sale of the campus of the former Medaille University.
