Will Chapman Joins CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance Team in Charlotte

CBRE announced that Will Chapman has joined its Charlotte office as Senior Vice President with the firm’s Debt & Structured Finance team, alongside Nate Sittema, Elliott Voreis, and Kristen Reilley.

Chapman will bolster the team’s capital raising efforts, with a specific focus on commercial product types throughout the Carolinas. He will work closely with Patrick Gildea, Matt Smith, Robert Hardaway, Adam Russ, Erin Varol and the rest of CBRE’s investment sales professionals to deliver integrated capital markets solutions.

Chapman brings 20 years of experience in real estate investment, finance, and capital markets. Most recently, he served as President of TWO Residential Living, a subsidiary of TWO Capital Partners, a multi-strategy investment firm operating a diverse portfolio of real estate and private equity ventures. Prior to that, Chapman was President of Investments at Quarterra Multifamily, the investment management arm of Lennar’s multifamily business, and served in leadership roles at Crescent Communities, LLC, and Capital Advisors, Inc.

Chapman earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Davidson College.
