Harding House 83 West Bagley Road

Harding House has accommodated Baldwin Wallace University (“BWU”) students since it was built in 1932. Harding House was renovated and/or added to in 1963, 1996 and in 2012. It offers 25 rooms (single, double and triple) with a capacity of 45 students. With 19,233 square feet, this three story building features air-conditioning, energy use monitoring, an elevator, indoor bike storage, handicap accessibility and a pleasing garden. In the fall of 2014, Harding House received Gold LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) Certification. This offering also includes a 9,156 sf/0.210 acre parcel directly across the street providing the building with approximately 10-12 additional parking spaces.
