1000 Rivergate Parkway

We wanted to make sure the retail town center development and available outparcels at the former Rivergate Mall site in Madison, TN are on your radar.

The finished site will include 715 multi-family units, 80 senior housing units, over 100 townhomes, a hotel, medical office, and 100,000 square feet of retail town center space in the heart of the project.

We have multiple restaurant endcaps with patio space available, and all of the retail spaces in the town center will face and interact with a large green space.

The retail town center portion of the project is slated to deliver to tenants in summer of 2028, but we are looking to lock in early negotiations now.

Retail pads are also available for ground lease or purchase now.
