and Auburn. Burger Me! was established in 2008 marking 18 years of
successful operations and expansion of the brand. Burger Me! expanded
into Auburn through an acquisition of an existing successful burger
restaurant. Burger Me! took over on May 1st of 2026 and opened as
Burger Me! on June 1 2026. Burger Me! signed an Assignment of the
existing lease and then later signed an Amendment with the Landlord
extending the term through 7/31/36. The lease has two five-year options
to extend the term on the same terms and conditions with rent increasing
annually at 3% per year.
