Furniture Advisory issued 4-separate RFP packages inclusive of specific product categories to increase competition between the bidders, and negotiated final discounting based on, consolidating 4-packages into 2-packages resulting in over 50% of the total savings. An additional $3.3M in savings was achieved by leveraging the total anticipated ancillary spend over project duration to lock in deeper discounting tiers and facilitated a competitive installation RFP.

The client asked our team to review their dealer partner’s proposal for potential savings opportunities. We assessed discount levels in relation to project volume and product mix and evaluated labor, design and project management fees to ensure they aligned with the scope of work. Within a short time frame, we were able to negotiate directly with the dealer partner, expediting the process and garnering maximum savings without any changes to the product specifications.
