Integrated CBRE teams were brought in to refit a CAT A warehouse for distribution and packing of medical equipment and pharmaceuticals, including temperature-controlled storage. When CBRE took over the project it was 50% over the original budget and the team needed to ensure the client met its lease exit deadline. CBRE delivered under a Principal Contractor model, utilizing our Supply Chain program and QHSE performance to complete the move on time and within budget.
