Transforming a fully occupied building into a leading global headquarters


This project is one of the largest single-tenant renovations in the Northeast United States. Our team delivered 2.6 million square feet of an active/occupied building while improving the quality of life, maintaining safety and security, and increasing building efficiency. We modernized all critical building infrastructure including elevators, HVAC, plumbing, generators, and UPS to accommodate for a 40-50% increase in occupants. The renovation expanded openness to foster collaboration throughout the building, including an open seating plan.

Global savings of $6 million through our program management services

We were challenged with rolling out a global desk visor program to encourage staff back to the office in a safer environment following the Covid-19 pandemic. Using centralized management, reporting and progress tracking, coupled with clear real-time reporting and problem solving, our team implemented 26,500 visor desks across 59 countries.

A 430,000 sq. ft. major relocation in London driving more than $150 million in savings over 20 years

Our team represented the FCA in its selection and move to the International Quarter in Stratford, where we managed its fit-out project. One of the findings from staff was an increased satisfaction with the building design and workspaces afforded by the move, including a 60% increase in perception that the building offers adequate spaces to collaborate with others.
