Team projects include Thrive City for the Golden State Warriors, Mission Rock for The San Francisco Giants and Tishman Speyer, Ghirardelli Square and the widely publicized Springline project in Menlo Park for which the retail activation strategy helped set office rent records earlier this year. The team’s tenants include VF Corporation brands, Eataly, Ghirardelli Chocolate and Blue Bottle. Laura loves all things consumer, especially around strategy and innovation. Laura was the inaugural winner of the Darla Longo Award recognizing one next-generation producer who is the absolute very best and brightest in our industry.
