Beau is the founder and CEO of Beau Welling Design, a landscape design firm with a unique expertise in golf course design. The firm has been involved in more than 100 developments, many of which feature golf as a centerpiece. Currently, Beau Welling is working on the development of one of the new championship golf courses at the brand new PGA headquarters in Frisco, Texas.

Vice President

David Gossett is a Vice President in Advisory & Transaction Services with CBRE Nashville. Mr. Gossett specializes in office tenant representation for a wide range of client needs including lease renewals, site selection, corporate relocations and build-to-suite requirements with a focus on strategically reducing occupancy costs.

Mr. Gossett joined CBRE in 2016, bringing with him an understanding of corporate goals and objectives, a skillset that benefits clients and their real estate plans. Prior to working at CBRE, Mr. Gossett was a professional golfer on the PGA Tour for 15 years, during which he won the 2001 John Deere Classic. During his career as a professional golfer, he also served as President and CEO of his own corporation where he represented companies such as Rolex, Hugo Boss and Oakley.

Jeff Woolson is an Vice Chairman who serves as the Managing Director of CBRE’s Golf & Resort Group and since 1991 has been personally involved in transactions totaling over $2.9 billion. These properties include golf clubs and resorts, ski resorts, marinas, master-planned communities and developable land.
