Of those, 216 were lease transactions encompassing over 7.2 million square feet worth $312 million, and 50 sales transactions worth $322 million.
Greensboro is located in the heart of North Carolina, approximately 70 miles west of Raleigh and 90 miles northeast of Charlotte. The Triad market consists of approximately 81 million square feet of industrial space and 26 million square feet of office space.
