Professional Experience
Brandon Megal serves as a Senior Vice President in the Occupier Services Practice Group of CBRE, Inc. Brandon exclusively represents and advises corporations on their real estate needs, focusing his efforts in advising occupiers in the Downtown Minneapolis market and large corporate clients and their global portfolios. He assists his clients with strategic planning, portfolio optimization, site selection, negotiations and risk mitigation. His expertise allows corporations to execute the best real estate strategies which support their business and operational goals. During his CBRE career, he has been involved in over than 400 transactions with more than $2 billion in aggregate lease and sale value.
Prior to joining the Occupier Services Practice Group, Brandon spent over two years with the CBRE Financial Consulting Group (FCG) as a Senior Consultant. He focused on the financial underwriting and pricing of institutional office and industrial properties in both local and national markets. While in FCG, Brandon’s assignments included over $1 billion in asset consideration.
