Abe Appert joined CBRE’s Minneapolis Multifamily Investment Properties in 2008 after 13 years at Fransen Appert Real Estate Group, where he exclusively brokered multifamily properties. His client advisor approach to the sale of apartment assets has led to strong long-term relationships in the local, regional and national multifamily community. Since teaming with Keith and Ted, the team has completed more than $7 billion in multifamily transactions.
Abe has a Bachelor of Science degree from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. He earned a double major in Finance and Marketing.
