Over the course of his career, Ted has been instrumental in facilitating transactions totaling $10.3 billion.
Throughout his career as a trusted advisor, Ted has played a key role in some of the region’s most prominent multifamily deals, leveraging his deep knowledge of capital markets to craft innovative solutions that maximize value and ensure successful execution.
