Client Testimonial
"CBRE was a fantastic partner in the listing and sale of our two neighboring multifamily properties in the Peninsula. They explained and built out a thorough selling strategy and created significant competition amongst investors which ultimately drove the price up beyond our expectations. Their communication, planning, negotiation, and task execution were excellent throughout the entire process. Many of the small details were handled directly by their team with minimal burden placed on our family. I very much appreciated working with Adam, Ben, and Jon and overall had an excellent experience."

"Ben Mollahan, Adam Foley, and the rest of the CBRE team did a fantastic job marketing, selling, and advising us on our properties. They walked us through the timeline of a sale and were very effective in answering all our questions and explaining every step along the way. Thank you for making this difficult process so easy for us and our family."
- Rayanne and the Burriesci Family
"I just want to say how much we loved working with Adam, Jon, and Marie. Our multifamily property was very unique in that it could have been sold to a developer, homeowner, or someone who might want to turn it into a care facility or something similar. Their team did months of analysis, sending out feelers to every type of buyer, to determine the best price and best way to market our property. They also knew that this was our childhood home, and they were dealing with 3 siblings with very different personalities and feelings about selling the property, so they were extremely sensitive during the whole process. They helped in ways that seemed beyond what a realtor would normally do, so when we finally put it on the market, we were so comfortable with the price, and who they were targeting. And when the final offer came, we felt so good knowing that it really was the best price we could get. It was a bonus that the buyer was a lovely man who was going to create something our parents would have loved, which took the bitter out of bittersweet, They handled the final negotiations seamlessly. We honestly thought this would take a long time, and be full of hiccups, but it was over before we knew it. We came to adore every member of the team, and really loved our multiple group conversations, so when the process was over, we missed talking with them. They made a very difficult thing seamless, and we highly recommend them."
