Ben Mollahan is a partner with CBRE's Bay Area Multifamily Group, focused on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties and land development opportunities across the Greater Bay Area. He represents institutional, middle market, and private clients, advising owners and investors on apartment sales and development site transactions at every scale.
Ben has led more than 75 transactions totaling more than 2,000 apartment units and more than $1 billion in transaction volume. His depth in the Bay Area multifamily market gives clients a trusted point of contact on both the buy side and sell side, from individual asset dispositions to complex portfolio transactions and land development opportunities throughout the Greater Bay Area.
