Alex Caro is a Financial Analyst for the CBRE Pittsburgh Investment Sales Group, providing analytical and research support. Alex is responsible for the analysis of investment properties using various financial software packages including, ARGUS, which is the preferred investment analysis software of major institutional investors and lenders. Alex’s responsibilities also include creating reports and spreadsheets summarizing investment property financials and characteristics for use in investment offering packages, marketing proposals, deal support, due diligence, and property valuations. Alex also provides commercial property research regarding ownership and other characteristics of commercial properties and maintains a research database of local lease and sales transactions.
Since joining CBRE in 2019, Alex has been involved in the underwriting, marketing and closing of over $500MM and 7 Million SF of transactions across all asset classes.
