Brendan Bash is a Vice President with the Investment Properties team of CBRE Capital Markets, based in Pittsburgh, PA. He joined the national Capital Markets Associate Program in October 2019 to specialize in disposition advisory to clients in retail, office and industrial commercial assets. Brendan brings a deep knowledge of the market to his role as Vice President.
Prior to joining the Capital Markets Associate Program, Brendan served as the lead Financial Analyst for the CBRE Pittsburgh Investment Properties group where he was responsible for the analysis of investment properties using various financial software packages including ARGUS, which is the preferred investment analysis software of major institutional investors and lenders. In his tenure, he has been involved in the underwriting, marketing and transaction of $1.1B in property, across all asset classes.
