Alex Powell joined CBRE in 2015 as an Associate in the Industrial & Logistics Division in Tulsa. Alex works with industrial leaders Tom O’Brien, Matt Klimisch and David Glasgow, focusing on marketing and prospecting new clients as well as managing existing clients.
In 2018, Alex achieved the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. A CCIM designation recognizes expertise in the commercial and industrial real estate industry.
Alex was promoted to First Vice President in 2026 and continues to apply his expertise of the local market, combined with his strong work ethic and attention to detail, to provide brokerage and advisory services in both manufacturing and distribution. Alex is committed to providing exceptional service and results-driven solutions to his clients.
