Alex Scott is a Vice President with CBRE’s Capital Markets, Debt & Structured Finance Services in Denver. She performs financial and real estate analysis on all types of commercial real estate and multifamily debt and equity structures. Mrs. Scott has been involved in more than 475 transactions with loan proceeds in excess of $12.2 Billion. Property types have ranged from Class A multi-family assets to office towers and from single tenant industrial buildings to strip retail centers.

Mrs. Scott has worked with the complete spectrum of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, Life Insurance Companies, conduit (CMBS), structured and bank lenders and a full range of borrowing entity structures including local, regional, and national developers, real estate holdings firms, REITs, and public and private real estate sponsors.

The Denver Institutional Debt & Structured Finance (DSF) team consistently ranks in the top 3% of CBRE Capital Markets production nationwide. Led by Brady O’Donnell, a member of CBRE’s elite Institutional Properties group, the team provides world class service in sourcing debt and equity strategies and solutions for their clients. The Denver DSF team is comprised of seven dedicated professionals, who all contribute to each assignment and additionally, the team has access to the full range of CBRE support services and CBRE professionals in all local markets globally. The team is a part of a unique information network dedicated to capital reconnaissance and placement, and since 2012, the Denver DSF team has originated more than $16.86 billion in debt and equity for its clients.

Dedicated to providing their clients with the best and most relevant financing options in the marketplace, the Denver DSF team leverages the CBRE platform and organizes its business to offer an expansive array of capital market services including: Permanent Financing, Bridge Loans, Construction Financing, Joint Venture Equity, Mezzanine Debt, and Structured Equity.
